Dear Friend-

We have rescued these puppies from horrible conditions, they are in need of a loving homes and families. We have paid a fee to rescue groups to purchase these animals from auctions in Missouri, in order to save them. If we did not rescue these animals, the adult dogs would be euthanized and the puppies forced to live in un-imaginable conditions and excessively breed in order to sell puppies in pet stores. We want these puppies to have safe and loving homes. We know that by purchasing these animals we are helping them and giving them the best possible lives. We appreciate any way you can help to find them the best home or interest you have in adopting one of these wonderful pets.

Sincerely,

Dr. Eaton

Please remember that there are many animals at shelters and humane societies that need rescued as well.  Many of these animals are in those shelters because of abuse or horrible living conditions.

Please contact these places, they rescue on a daily basis and need your support.

Adoption Guidelines: * (for rescues only)

All animals rescued receive the following initial medical care (regardless of age):

Physical exam, first set of vaccinations, spay or neuter, de worming

All animals over one year of age receive all of the above plus a heart worm test, a blood analysis, dental cleaning and electrocardiogram (ECG) if needed  (determined by veterinarian at time of physical examination).

Animal Hospital of Polaris has rehabilitated these rescue animals to the best of our ability.

We do not guarantee that these pets will not have any future health issues given that we do not know their exact medical history background before rescue.  The veterinarians and medical team at Animal Hospital of Polaris thoroughly examined each pet, determined any health issues that needed addressed, and medicated each pet to ensure they were as healthy as possible before joining their new families.

There is an adoption fee for each pet to help cover the cost of transportation and medical treatment.  A meeting with Nikki Eaton, DVM (owner) and possibly a home visit is required before adoptions are finalized to be sure that these pets are going to the best possible home.
