Thank you soooo much for taking care of Cooper while we started a new chapter in our lives together! It was such a relief not having to worry about our little baby while we were so busy! You did a GREAT JOB and we thank you!

Dr. Eaton and the staff at the Animal Hospital of Polaris saved my dog Kasey's life. I first brought Kasey to the Animal Hospital of Polaris on a referral from a close friend. She was very sick; not eating or drinking much, very lethargic and close to death. The Animal Hospital of Polaris diagnosed her with Pancreatitis and they hospitalized her for a couple of days. While she was there they ran a bunch of tests and discovered that she has Cushings Disease. Dr. Eaton and her staff put in considerable amounts of time and energy to help get Kasey's Cushings Disease under control; trying anything and everything in their power to help her. After about a year and a half of monitoring her, changing medicines, food, supplements, etc., her levels were finally within normal range. Currently, thanks to them, her Cushings Disease is under control and manageable.

Earlier this year I made an appt. to get Kasey's teeth cleaned. Because of her age and medical problems there were numerous tests that Dr. Eaton ran on her, as a precaution, to make sure she was able to be put under anesthesia and have the procedure. It was then that they discovered that Kasey has heart disease. If Dr. Eaton hadn't run these tests, not only would the heart disease have gone undetected, but she could have died during the procedure. It's these "extra" things the Animal Hospital of Polaris does that makes them stand out from the rest of the veterinarians in the city. To them it wasn't anything extra - it's just the kind of exceptional service they always provide. I always know that Kasey is in good hands when she is there. I trust them completely to care for Kasey and do what is best for her. I am very lucky to have Dr. Eaton as my vet and I highly recommend her and her staff to anyone who loves their pet and wants them to have the best care possible. Thanks to Dr. Eaton I've had two extra years with Kasey so far - and I am looking forward to having many more.

Dear Nikki and all the AHOP Gang,
Herb and I were so touched when your beautiful flowers arrived with your sweet note. It was so thoughtful, as was all the love and good care you gave to our beloved Drennie for so many years. She wouldn't have reached her 22 years without you. Drennie graced our home with her love and her great spirit. Such a sweet, furry family member made such a huge presence....and sadly now a huge void in our lives. We will always love her, think of her and miss her. Your help in keeping her healthy and happy let us have such joy for all those years. Many, many thanks. With love and gratitude,

I would like to thank everyone for all they have done for Kadee and I. When a member of your family is hurting I not only want to know those helping are knowledgeable, I also want to know they care and I never had doubt Kadee was cared for. Someday I will have other pets and can be certain when I do, they will come to the family at AHOP.

Dr. Eaton and Staff,
Thank you for the care and compassion that you provided for Sydney during her battle with cancer. We could tell that she appreciated the treatment that she received by everyone at AHOP, whether it was a medical visit or boarding and grooming, because she always arrived wagging her tail. We’ll miss her dearly, but we can take comfort in knowing that she received the best care possible from friends like you.

Dear Dr. Eaton,
Over six months ago I first brought Chester into your hospital with severe breathing trouble. He nearly died within minutes of his arrival. Dr. Wendy Tsai stabilized his condition and saved my best friend that day. He was in intensive care for much of the following week, and during that time the whole gang took a shot at fixing up an old cranky dog who let it be known that he didn’t want anyone coming near him. I know Dr. Niels van Loo, Dr. Samples, and you yourself all had a hand in his recovery. You and your staff gave me a second chance with Chester, and I was definitely not ready to say goodbye to him...

We have continued to come to your hospital since that initial visit over six months ago because the compassionate service you and your staff provided. Your hospital’s commitment to Chester gave us all the strength to fight for his recovery. He may not have shown it, but Chester had a higher quality of life because of you.

Chester lost his fight on March 26, 2009. Despite all of our best efforts, he just didn’t have the strength to go on anymore. I had a very emotional talk with Chester, called your hospital, and made the painful trip to have my best friend put to sleep.

Dr. Samples, Chi Ukai, and Amy McDevitt were part of the team to perform his euthanasia. They took an unthinkably horrible ordeal and made it tolerable for us. The compassion and respect we were shown that day allowed us to get through the process. Hannah Collins stands out as a particularly bright spot that day for the simple hug she gave me right before Chester passed away.

Chester was far too important to me and to my roommate Jon to simply let him fade into a memory. It was the dedication and support of your staff which led us to create an organization in Chester’s honor. ChesterHelp is a non-profit group whose goal is to alleviate the pain of financial-based euthanasia by raising funds and subsidizing veterinary expenses for lower-income famililes and their pets.

I thank you from the bottom of my hear, and I know I will always treasure the extra time your staff gave me with my beloved Chester.

Dr. Eaton & Staff,
I want to thank you for the excellent care you and your staff provided our K-9 family over the past eight years. Everyone has always gone above and beyond what is expected. Your professionalism, caring and genuine concern for not only your patients, but their families, is at the heart of why you are the best at what you do. I don’t doubt that we will find a wonderful vet after our relocation to Memphis, I just don’t think we will find one as truly wonderful and caring. You have not only been our vet, you have been our friend. I hope that even after our little family makes the move South, we can still keep in touch.

We will miss you! You’re Great!

We consider ourselves very lucky to have our dogs cared for by Dr. Eaton and the staff at the Animal Hospital of Polaris. We have one particularly special little Maltese named Zowie. While we were on vacation, Zowie became extremely ill and very nearly passed away. Thanks to Dr. Eaton's quick response and the 24 hour care that was provided to Zowie, she pulled through and has regained her health.

Zowie has been our little girl for almost 10 years now and the thought that we might lose her while we were away was devastating to the both of us. We're very grateful to Dr. Eaton and the staff at Polaris for the kind and loving way that they cared for Zowie during her time of need.

We have been coming to the Animal Hospital of Polaris for almost four years now.  We have three puggles which have been seen there for grooming, to daycare, to boarding to getting shots and even eating things they shouldn't. Dr. Eaton and her staff are wonderful. They know us and our dogs by name. I feel that they always go out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. I know that when I leave my dogs there that they are in good hands. I know they are getting the love and attention that we would be giving them at home. We have called numerous times and needed appointments right away because someone was sick and we were always seen as soon as possible and have received great care for our dogs.  Dr. Eaton and her staff understand that these dogs are part of our family and they have always made us feel at home at the hospital.
